APC

All papers published in Innovations in Woodworking Industry and Engineering Design are made available under a full open access model. This ensures that published articles can be accessed online freely and without subscription barriers by readers from around the world.

For manuscripts accepted after peer review, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of EUR 30 is required. This fee contributes to the costs associated with the editorial and publication process, including manuscript administration, peer review coordination, linguistic and technical editing, layout preparation, online publication, long-term archiving, DOI registration, and general journal maintenance.

An invoice is issued after the manuscript has been formally accepted and is sent to the contact person indicated by the authors for payment purposes. Only invoices issued officially by the journal are considered valid.

Where required by applicable regulations, relevant taxes or additional statutory charges may apply.

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts in a carefully prepared form, with clear academic English and figures, tables, and other illustrative materials of suitable quality. Submissions requiring substantial technical correction may need additional processing time.

The journal follows a policy aimed at supporting wide dissemination of research results while keeping publication costs at an accessible level for authors and their institutions.
